Anirudh Khaitan is a seasoned education entrepreneur and investor, dedicating over two decades of his career to fostering excellence in educational institutions and Edtech ventures. With a strong belief in the transformative power of education, Mr. Khaitan has made significant contributions to the sector, both in terms of strategic leadership and investment.
Mr. Khaitan serves as the Chairman of Khaitan Education Center, which operates top-tier K-12 schools in Uttar Pradesh and Bengal. The institution currently serves over 3,000 students, delivering quality education that nurtures young minds to their full potential. His visionary leadership and firm commitment to academic excellence have played a pivotal role in the growth and reputation of these schools.
In addition to his educational ventures in India, Mr. Khaitan is a co-founder of FICCI Arise, where he also holds the position of Co-Chair. FICCI Alliance for Re-Imagining School Education (ARISE) is a platform bringing together various stakeholders in school education, promoting dialogue, collaboration, and innovation to reimagine and enhance the educational landscape in India.
Mr. Khaitan also serves as the President of Khushii, a national-level NGO founded by the iconic cricketer, Mr. Kapil Dev. The organization is dedicated to helping children transform their lives through education, ensuring they complete their schooling. With over 45,000 beneficiaries across India, Khushii’s work resonates deeply with Mr. Khaitan’s commitment to improving educational access and outcomes.
Beyond his operational roles, Mr. Khaitan is an active angel investor in the education sector, both in the United States and India. Leveraging his expertise in finance and entrepreneurship, he seeks out and supports innovative educational ventures that have the potential to make a substantial impact.
Anirudh Khaitan is an alumnus of Babson College, Boston, USA, where he graduated with a double major in Finance and Entrepreneurship. This academic background has provided a robust foundation for his strategic leadership roles in education and his investment pursuits. He also held various leadership positions in EO Gurgaon, where he was instrumental in expanding its network of member entrepreneurs, furthering his commitment to fostering entrepreneurial spirit within the education sector.

Mr. Asheesh Kumar Sharma is an MBA (Operations), ISO 9001-2001 (Lead Auditor) and a Green Belt Six Sigma. A specialist in branding, launching and establishing schools in India and abroad, he has worked in Senior Leadership positions for more than 18 years.
He started his journey with Delhi Public School, Indirapuram (Ghaziabad), as a Management Representative – Head of Administration. He then moved on to establish G.D.Goenka Public School, Raj Nagar Extension (Ghaziabad), where he worked as FounderDirector of Operations and Finance. He also worked for Dubai Ambassador Schools (UAE) as a Senior Leadership Team (SLT) and helped the school to obtain accreditation from Quality Control of India (QCI, India) as *NABET Coordinator. Gaursons India Pvt. Ltd. (GAURS) was his latest venture as the Founder and Chief Executive Offcer (CEO) Gaurs Group of Schools, and was instrumental in developing their Education Vertical (chain of schools).
His strength lies in Acquisitions, Architecture Assistance, Branding, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Recruitment, Training, Process Development, Financial Planning, Cost Accounting, Affiliations, Implementation of Policies and Systems, and the entire Organizational and Operational structures.
